Zinc die cast parts
Scope of services
From mold making to the finished product
We offer customer-specific solutions in the die-cast area:
- Construction / planning
- Mold making
- Part weights up to approx. 250g
- Small and medium serial production
- Surface refinement
We are specialized on manufacturing small and medium series. Our hot chamber die-casting machine produces part weights up to approx. 250g. The zinc die-cast parts are manufactured according to customer order in the utmost precision for a wide variety of applications exclusively at our location in Hoechst, Odenwald. In cooperation with our reliable partners we are able to fulfill a wide range of different galvanic coatings.
Advantages
Zink die casting – impressive advantages
Sustainability
Being a natural resource, zinc is not consumed, but used. Thanks to its good recycling propereties, it can easily be reused. Furthermore, our processed zinc alloy is RoHS and WEEE compliant.
Stability
Die-cast parts made of zinc are characterized by a high level of precision, hardness and stability whilst being at the same time thin-walled.
Corrosion protection und surface refinement
Zinc has the natural potential to resist corrosion. Besides that, zinc die cast parts are outstandingly suitable for galvanic surface refinement.
High economic efficiency
Zink die casting stands out on account of very short cycle times, long-lasting die casting moulds and hence a high economic efficiency.
Zinc die cast parts provide optimum protection from noise, vibration, heat, radiation, explosion and fire
